Yoga Class
Tuesdays, 5:30-6:15 pm eastern on a donation basis. What that means is - you can come for free or you can donate whatever you feel like for the class/classes. I won't be recording them and there are a few weeks I might be traveling, but these will be through, at least, the end of the year. I will be varying the style of yoga - Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Somatic, Chair and maybe others. Classes will be suitable for all levels, from total newbies, to level 3. Hope you will join me!
