Yoga therapy uses the ancient science of yoga to increase the health and wellness of the person – physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is for anyone with specific health challenges, injuries, those going through life changes or anyone who is seeking their optimal health.

Ayurveda sees each person as a unique combination of the 5 elements: ether, air, fire, water, and earth. These elements come together in specific ways to form different body types, personality traits and even tendencies for certain diseases.
Pranayama – life force – promotes a variety of breathing techniques where the breath is intentionally altered in order to produce specific results.
